1、活動時間：2026年2月28日（六）元宵節，下午14:00-16:00

2、活動地點：和合青田（台北市大安區青田街8巷10號）

3、主要活動內容：

　（1）五感尋茶 — 透過聞香、品茗，選擇當下與你最契合的茶品。
　（2）新春祈願封茶 — 將心願與茶葉一同封存，期待啟封時自己與茶葉隨歲月的轉化。

4、如何參與活動：

　（1）報名方式：請填寫下列表單並進行匯款。
　（2）報名日期：即日起開放報名，至2026年02月26日（四）23:59截止。
　（3）報名流程：館方收到報名後，待館方確認匯款完成，將主動寄發邀請函，以示報名成功。

5、報名費用：購買【春願封茶組】（茶品任選）即可參加，元宵優惠價：3,680元

  • 封茶組內含：茶葉37.5g(陳皮系列為30g)、封茶甕、封條、紙箋、啟封吊牌、木盒、木盒腰封）
  • 茶甕只能裝約25克茶葉，多餘的茶葉會裝好，讓大家帶回去作為泡茶或燜茶使用。

6、注意事項：

　（1）入內需著襪，活動當日請穿著或攜帶襪子。
　（2）當日臨時缺席者，恕不另行退款；如有任何問題，請致電 (02) 2321-0055詢問。
　（3）全館區域禁止吸菸。
　（4）保重身體健康，若身體不適者，建議先行返家休養。
　（5）因附近停車不便，若有停車需求的賓客，建議您將停車時間估算進行程時間內。
　（6）敬請各位嘉賓準時抵達。
　（7）攜帶孩童者，建議12歲以上一同參與。
